Our Story

Thriving Life Therapy was created from a simple but powerful belief: healing should feel human, supportive, and empowering.

We know that life’s challenges don’t exist in isolation. Stress, anxiety, relationship struggles, life transitions, burnout, and emotional overwhelm often show up together—impacting how we feel about ourselves, our relationships, and our ability to show up fully in our lives.

Thriving Life Therapy was founded to offer a space where individuals, couples, and families can pause, reflect, and receive meaningful support—without judgment and without pressure to have it all figured out.

What began as an individual practice has grown into a collaborative, women-led group practice, grounded in compassion, professionalism, and evidence-based care. As our community has grown, so has our commitment to providing accessible, thoughtful mental health support through therapy, workshops, group programs, and wellness initiatives.

What Our Clients Are Saying

Nadiège has been an extremely important part of my personal growth journey since I started sessions with her.

With her guidance I’ve felt a lot more clarity in my everyday life and have better tools to navigate my thoughts and emotions as they arise. She is extremely patient and non-judgmental; chatting with her is like talking to a friend. She has made me feel comfortable in sharing my entire self with her. Her approach is very gentle and this example has allowed me to be a lot kinder to myself and appreciate who I am a lot more.

Will recommend her to anyone who would like to break old patterns and become the best version of themselves.

— NATHALIE.

Earlier this year, I was fortunate to be referred to Nadiège for individual therapy, after I recognized I needed professional support navigating some mental health challenges I had been battling for most of 2021.

Nadiege helped me to identify and accept the truly unhealthy relationship I had developed with work, and gave me the encouragement I needed to employ tools and actions I already knew would be helpful to alleviate some of my stress.
She asked the right questions, made me reconsider certain beliefs and behaviours I had come to accept as "normal" for myself, when in reality, they were harming me. She gave me room to be kind to myself, something I didn't realise I had stopped doing for some time now.
Nadiege convinced me it was okay to prioritise myself and my needs, and empowered me to make choices that terrified me even though I knew they were the right choices to make.
I feel very grateful to have met Nadiege and feel comfortable recommending her to anyone who feels they need similar support, especially in these truly difficult times.

— RACHEL.

At Thriving Life Therapy, we believe that therapy is not about “fixing” people—it’s about supporting growth, healing, and self-understanding.

Our work is guided by the following principles:

  • Client-centered and collaborative: You are the expert on your life. Therapy is a partnership.

  • Trauma-informed and culturally sensitive: We honor each person’s lived experience, background, and context.

  • Evidence-based: Our therapists draw from proven therapeutic approaches tailored to your needs.

  • Relational and compassionate: Healing happens in safe, trusting relationships.

  • Whole-person focused: We consider emotional, mental, relational, and environmental factors—not just symptoms.

Whether you’re seeking individual therapy, couples counseling, group support, or a workshop experience, our goal is for you to leave feeling supported, understood, and better equipped to navigate your next steps.

“My approach to therapy is personalized, integrating aspects of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Walk and Talk Therapy, Mindfulness, Person-Centered and Positive Psychotherapy.”

I’m here to help you get unstuck.
