Motherhood is a life-changing experience and the months after baby arrives is a whirlwind of physical and emotional adjustments. Caring for yourself postpartum is equally as important as your prenatal care.

This Virtual Postpartum Support Network allows moms to connect, share experiences and support one another as they learn ways to prioritize their mental and physical health. Led by mental and holistic professionals, we provide support, coping skills and strategies for moms who may be experiencing depression or anxiety as well as preventative tools for moms building their support system during the postpartum period (up to 1 year post birth).

There's no one way to be a great mom.

As a mom and therapist, I know how overwhelming motherhood can be and the importance of self-care and staying connected.

Trust yourself and lean into your own mothering strengths and the strengths of the moms around you.

What’s Included?

Learn about the ‘baby blues’ and other emotional changes that happen after childbirth including anxiety and mom guilt.

Practice self-care, relaxation and mindset-shift techniques that help reduce your stress and improve your wellbeing.

Discuss highs and lows of motherhood in a safe, supportive space.

Connect with other moms who get it.
